Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble Taquitos: Place 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange Taquitos: Place taquitos in the air fryer basket, seam side down, in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
