Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare Mushrooms: Remove stems from mushrooms and clean caps with a damp paper towel.
  2. Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff Mushrooms: Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture, pressing gently to pack.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 350°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
  5. Cook Mushrooms: Place stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and cook for 10 minutes.
