Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cayenne, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 380°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
  3. Arrange Chicken: Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook Chicken: Air fry at 380°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Rest Chicken: Remove from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve: Slice the chicken and serve with pita bread, salad, or your choice of sides.
