- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare Zucchini: Squeeze excess moisture from the grated zucchini using a clean kitchen towel.

- Form Patties: Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

Tips
- Squeeze zucchini thoroughly to remove moisture for crispier fritters.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Use a light hand with the salt as Parmesan adds extra saltiness.
