Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare Cauliflower: Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower, then slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Season Steaks: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the mixture.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
- Cook Cauliflower: Place the cauliflower steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
