Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch medallions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
