Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Boil Eggs: Place eggs in a pot of water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes. Cool in ice water and peel.
- Prepare Filling: Cut eggs in half, remove yolks, and mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
