Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Prepare Cod: Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a shallow dish.
- Season Fillets: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Brush mixture evenly over both sides of the fillets.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for 3 minutes.

- Check Doneness: Use a fork to check if the fish flakes easily. If necessary, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve: Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Tips
- Ensure fillets are of even thickness for uniform cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
