Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper until a coarse mixture forms.
- Form Fritters: Transfer the mixture to a bowl, stir in flour, and form into small patties using your hands.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
- Prepare Fritters: Lightly brush patties with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
