- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Prepare Butter Filling: Mix butter, parsley, and garlic in a bowl until well combined. Shape into a log, wrap in plastic, and freeze until firm.
- Prepare Chicken: Flatten chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut a slit in each to form a pocket and insert a piece of the chilled butter.
- Coat Chicken: Season flour with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Cook Chicken: Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check Doneness: Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F before serving.
