Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken drumettes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Prepare Drumettes: Pat the drumettes dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Season Drumettes: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Coat the drumettes evenly with the spice mixture.
- Cook Drumettes: Arrange the drumettes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Optional Sauce: If using hot sauce, toss the cooked drumettes in hot sauce immediately after cooking.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
