Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Prepare Pork: Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Air Fry Pork: Place the pork in the air fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes.
- Flip and Cook: Flip the pork and cook for another 30 minutes until tender.
