About Air Fryer Cookbook
Good air-fryer cooking starts with a recipe you can follow—and an understanding of what your own appliance is doing.
Who we are
Air Fryer Cookbook is an air-fryer recipe publication for everyday home cooks. Our recipes are written and tested by our staff culinary experts and moms at home.
We focus on meals, snacks, sides, and desserts that help you make practical use of an air fryer. Our aim is to explain the ingredients and method clearly, rather than make you guess how a recipe should come together.
A recipe is a starting point, not a universal timer
Basket shape, appliance size, food thickness, and the amount in each batch all affect cooking. Use the recipe's timing as guidance, watch the food as it cooks, and use a food thermometer where appropriate. Browning alone does not tell you whether meat or poultry is safely cooked.
Our cooking guides explain batch sizing, breading, troubleshooting, and safe doneness checks. They are designed to help you adapt thoughtfully without treating a different appliance as an exact match.
Questions and corrections are welcome
If a quantity is unclear, an ingredient is missing from a step, or a result does not match the description, please tell us. Include the recipe link and what happened so our staff can investigate.
We identify commercial links with disclosures. Images may include generated food illustrations; an illustration is not evidence of a particular cooking test. Read our editorial policy for more on our approach.
