Ingredients

- 1 package (14 oz) refrigerated puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, combine the peach slices, granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
