Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate Pork: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, gochujang, ginger, and rice vinegar. Add pork cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
