Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 350°F and let it preheat for about 3 minutes.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Form Batter: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Fill Donut Molds: Lightly grease silicone donut molds and fill each cavity about halfway with batter.
- Air Fry Donuts: Place molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow donuts to cool for a few minutes before removing them from molds and serving.
