Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Prepare Ribs: Pat the pork ribs dry and remove the membrane from the back.
- Season Ribs: Rub olive oil over the ribs, then coat with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Cook Ribs: Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add BBQ Sauce: Brush BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
- Serve: Remove ribs from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
