Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- Assemble Tacos: Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil. Spoon 2 tablespoons of beef mixture onto half of each tortilla, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
