Ingredients
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Potatoes: Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Air Fry Potatoes: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook potatoes for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add Vegetables: Add bell peppers and onion to the air fryer basket. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Incorporate Bacon: Stir in crumbled bacon and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Cook Eggs: Make four small wells in the hash and crack an egg into each. Cook for 3 minutes until eggs are set.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
